Racist !!!! I walked in the store as a black woman …no acknowledgment!!!!! I literally witnessed the manager address white woken that walked in after me and politely acknowledged them !!!! I politely address his rudeness and racism and he said nothing!!! Will not go back !!! I’m so livid with how they treat, who that keeps them open !!!!!!
Clean, well organized, lots of variety, and welcoming. The employee that helped me didn't stalk me through the store , but allowed me to shop and answered my questions about products. In addition, she helped save me some money and I plan to tell all my friends and family to support. Thank you for having good customer service, quality options, and treating me like a paying customer should be treated when entering an establishment.
I’m a regular customer at Jenny Beauty Supply and usually stock up on quite a few items each visit. Unfortunately, my experience today was very uncomfortable. The overall vibe felt off and an employee seemed to appear every couple of aisles just watching me, yet no one ever asked if I needed help. Ironically, when I actually did need assistance, no staff were available. There was also a man wearing a construction vest who I assumed was a customer, but he followed me to the register and stood there staring, which made the situation even more unsettling. I never shop with a purse or bag and consistently spend a generous amount here, so feeling monitored like that was disappointing. If there’s a lack of trust toward the very community being served, that’s something the store should seriously reconsider. I left feeling more like a suspect than a valued customer. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning and will choose to spend my money somewhere I feel respected.
